SewingFixer is a self-serve diagnostic tool. You answer a few questions about your sewing machine problem, and for a one-time payment of $7.99 you get a guided, step-by-step troubleshooting path based on your answers. There is no subscription — you're charged once, for one diagnostic session.

Payment is processed by PayPal. We don't see or store your card or PayPal account details.

Because the guided fix is delivered digitally and immediately after payment, purchases are generally final. If something went wrong on our end — the payment succeeded but the guided fix didn't load, for example — contact us and we'll make it right.

The diagnostic guidance is based on your own description of the symptoms and general sewing machine mechanics. See the Disclaimer page for what that guidance can and can't tell you.
